POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

• Position: Project Assistant
• Department: Operations
• Report to: Senior Project Manager
• Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (D.12), HCMC
• Working time: 1:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Mon-Fri (have flextime policy)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage German client accounts by maintaining effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project operations.
• Resolve operational issues and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and service quality.
• Prepare project reports and participate in client and internal meetings as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in German (both spoken and written), minimum B2 level.
• Experience in project management and team management is an advantage.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Available to work overtime during holidays and Lunar New Year.
