District Manager/ Area Manager

• Overall management of store chain operations, including sales, inventory, HR, customer service, and product display.
• Establishing business plans, executing them, and managing performance.
• Training and managing staff, leading the team to achieve targets.
• Ensuring that brand standards and service quality are consistently maintained and improved

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, distribution, or store management 
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Intermediate level or above in English or Korean. 
• A person with excellent leadership, strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude, and genuine character. 
• Someone who is highly interested in trends, brands, marketing, and sales activities.
