E-COMMERCE CONTENT EXECUTIVE

- Create customer-friendly content beyond basic product descriptions - highlight how features improve customers’ lives;

- Deeply research the product with engineers to understand key features and customer benefits;

- Develop engaging content from the customer’s perspective to enhance their experience;

- Optimize product titles and descriptions with strategic keywords to improve visibility in E-commerce platform;

- Understand and leverage key ranking factors such as sales rank, stock availability, and keyword relevance;

- Continuously refine content to attract customers and drive sales performance;

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints on e-commerce platforms professionally and promptly;

- Handle product returns, refunds, and negative feedback in compliance with company and e-commerce platform policies;

- Report customer insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement;

- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.

* WORKING TIME: Monday - Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00

- University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance

- Having work experience in an E-commerce platform is a plus.

- Proven experience in e-commerce content writing, preferably for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.

- Strong English writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive product descriptions.

- Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude; - Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments;

- Having communication skills, problem solving and good time management.
