Mô tả Công việc

1. Online Distribution Management

  • Manage and optimize room sales performance across OTA channels and B2B distribution partners.
  • Develop and execute online distribution strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Manage OTA extranets, including room inventory, rate plans, packages, promotions, restrictions, and content updates.
  • Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and product availability across all online distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, conversion, and booking performance.

2. Day Trip & Experience Distribution

  • Manage online sales for day trips, hot spring tickets, wellness programs, adventure activities, spa packages, dining experiences, and other ancillary product.
  • Develop sales strategies for online experience platforms such as Klook, KKday, Traveloka, Trip.com and similar marketplaces.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and exclusive offers with distribution partners.
  • Continuously identify new products and online packages to increase revenue opportunities.

3. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA Market Managers, B2B partners, and online experience platforms.
  • Maximize marketing opportunities through joint campaigns, sponsored promotions, visibility programs, and commercial initiatives.
  • Explore and develop new online distribution channels and strategic partnerships.

4. Revenue & Business Analysis

  • Monitor booking pace, pickup, production, conversion, ADR, occupancy, and channel performance.
  • Analyze OTA reports and distribution data to identify business opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports with recommendations for revenue improvement.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking on pricing, promotions, online visibility, guest reviews, and distribution strategies.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure pricing, inventory, promotions, and product information are aligned.
  • Support the launch of new products, packages, seasonal campaigns, and distribution initiatives.
  • Participate in system implementation and online distribution enhancement projects.

6. Content & Online Reputation

  • Ensure room information, attraction details, images, descriptions, facilities, and promotional content remain accurate and up to date across all online platforms.
  • Monitor guest reviews and customer feedback, providing recommendations to improve guest satisfaction and online reputation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Business or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel e-commerce, OTA management, online distribution, or digital sales.
  • Experience with Channel Manager, PMS, CRS, and hotel booking systems.
  • Experience working with Klook, KKday, Traveloka, Trip.com or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, PMS, CRS, and online distribution.
  • Knowledge of hotel Revenue Management principles.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and commercial thinking.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently under pressure.
