About the role:
The E-Commerce Manager will lead and scale a portfolio of FMCG brands on TikTok Shop, taking full accountability for commercial performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence. In this role, you will own P&L (Sales In), drive sell-in forecasts, manage profit and margins, and lead end-to-end ecommerce strategy tailored specifically for TikTok’s fast-evolving commerce ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with brand partners, TikTok Shop’s category team, and internal cross-functional stakeholders while leading and developing a high-performing Brand Store Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-growth environment, excels at solving complex problems, and is passionate about driving measurable business impact for FMCG brands.
