Mô tả Công việc

Role objective

  • To drive client growth by developing and executing competitive e-commerce advertising strategies. This role focuses on achieving core KPIs like ROAS through expert platform management, conversion funnel optimization, and precise project execution. A key responsibility is to lead and develop the optimization team, fostering a high-performance culture to ensure client success.

Key responsibilities

1. Client Management & Growth Strategy

  • Act as the primary e-commerce optimization & account management lead, developing a deep understanding of client products, target audiences, business models, and GMV growth targets.
  • Independently develop and present competitive overseas e-commerce advertising strategies and growth plans, based on analysis of client store attributes, product categories, and the competitive landscape.
  • Serve as a trusted client consultant, providing timely expert advice, data-driven insights, and optimization strategies to help clients achieve core KPIs (e.g., ROAS, conversion volume).

2. Project Management & Process Control

  • Own end-to-end project management for e-commerce advertising campaigns—from account setup and Pixel/Tag installation/verification to launch, optimization, and performance analysis—ensuring precision and efficiency at every stage.
  • Develop clear project timelines and milestones, effectively managing progress, resources, and potential risks to guarantee high-quality delivery.
  • Establish and refine internal collaboration mechanisms (e.g., with Sales, Creative, and Tech teams) to enhance overall efficiency and ensure project success.

3. Professional Advertising & Conversion Optimization

  • Possess expert-level knowledge of major e-commerce ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest), including their buying logic, product features (e.g., Meta's Conversions API, Google PMax, TikTok Shop), and optimization methodologies.
  • Have a deep understanding of the e-commerce conversion funnel and be highly proficient in integrating and diagnosing Pixel/Tag setups between e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and ad platforms to ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to identify issues within the conversion funnel and develop effective optimization plans (covering audience, placement, bidding, and creative) to continuously improve ROAS.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the e-commerce optimization team through daily coaching, professional training, and performance analysis to enhance their expertise and client service capabilities.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to unlock team potential and foster a proactive, high-performance, and results-driven team culture.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional client communication and relationship management abilities, with a proven track record of articulating complex strategies, managing expectations, and building long-term trust.
  • Project Management Acumen: 3+ years of project management experience, capable of efficiently handling multiple e-commerce advertising projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Agile workflows and proven risk mitigation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic Advertising Expertise:
    • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in overseas e-commerce advertising, with a proven ability to scale and optimize campaigns for e-commerce clients from the ground up.
    • Expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on at least two major platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
    • Must be highly proficient in e-commerce conversion tracking setup, with practical, hands-on experience in Pixel/Tag implementation verification and troubleshooting.
    • Strong data analysis skills, with a proven ability to conduct thorough campaign post-mortems and drive strategic iteration.
  • Team Leadership: 1-2+ years of direct team management or leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
