- Lead promotional structuring to create significant revenue uplift and traffic through targeted on-top deals, tiered vouchers, flash sales, and bundle pricing
- Analyse customer behaviour and the competitor landscape to continuously catch up with customer demands and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize in real-time during live campaign days, rapidly adjusting voucher budgets or mechanics based on real-time sales velocity.
- Report campaign effectiveness, delivering data-backed post-mortems that track ROI, conversion rates, and actionable insights for future calendars.
2. Thematic Campaign
- Lead strategic thematic campaigns by blending commercial targets with engaging storytelling and brand values.
- Ensure consistent thematic alignment across all customer touchpoints, mapping how the campaign translates into specific product strategy, commercial deals, and user journeys.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Management
- Translate commercial plans into actionable briefs for internal execution teams, including digital marketing (traffic acquisition), content SEO, video shopping and livestream production.
- Provide data-driven stock and demand forecasts to the supply chain team based on planned promotional intensity.
