1. Order Processing Management (60%)
- Responsible for order processing to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) on online platforms by collaborating with Logistics, Warehouse and last-mile delivery providers.
- Work with the Merchandise department to manage stock level, SKUs listed on online platforms.
- Work with the Customer Service department to resolve customer inquiries and tickers relates to orders issues, product quality, online policies, transportation matters, etc.
2. Online Store Operation (25%)
- In charge of setting up pricing, promotion, banners on marketplaces in accordance with established guidelines.
- Work with Account Manager of marketplaces platform to implement related store operation tasks
3. Supporting task (15%)
- Collaborate with stores to monitor Click and Collect orders, ensuring timely processing, handling returns and refunds, and generating reports.
- Assist the Marketplaces team with administrative tasks related to livestream activities, partnerships.
Relevant Experience:
- At least 2-3year experience across major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok…) in terms of commercial and operational proficiency
competencies: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)
- Experience in livestream commerce is preferred
- Deep understand order fulfilment flow and on marketplaces
- A sales-oriented mindset aligned with Brand’s guidelines
- Confidence, dare to try new things and willingness to implement innovation strategies to achieve business targets.
