Develop and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize customer experience and satisfaction, enhance marketing effectiveness, and drive online sales revenue across E-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
Report and analyze to identify opportunities for enhancing store performance and optimizing processes.
● Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce/Marketing/Economics (GPA 7.5 is a plus)
● At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar field, preferably with experience in Ecommerce Platform or Ecommerce team of Brand. Hands-on experience in managing Shopee, Tiktokshop operations will be an advantage.
● Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
● Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
● Effective in time management, multitasking, planning and execution.
● Proactive, optimistic, and creative mindset.
