Proven experience as a electrical engineering manager (from 10 years of experience)
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).
Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
