Embedded Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in designing and developing high-performance embedded systems across a variety of industries, including automotive, industrial automation, consumer electronics, and IoT.

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for microcontrollers (8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit)
• Implement device drivers and firmware for peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM, etc.)
• Integrate and optimize Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or RTX…
• Develop connectivity solutions using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa, and other protocols
• Collaborate on hardware-software co-design and system architecture
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation
• Debug and profile embedded systems using JTAG/SWD and other tools
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 26262, IEC 62304, AUTOSAR)
• Support secure boot, OTA updates, and encryption for embedded devices
• Maintain and update software post-deployment, including bug fixes and feature enhancements
• Document design specifications, test plans, and user manuals

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in embedded software development
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32, NXP, or similar MCUs
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts and integration
• Knowledge of communication protocols and IoT stacks (MQTT, TLS, etc.)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT)
• Knowledge of hardware design and PCB schematics
• Familiarity with safety-critical systems and compliance standards
• Contributions to open-source embedded projects
