Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Employee Relations & Labour Law specialist to manage complex employee cases and workplace issues in Vietnam.

This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in handling real employee situations — from misconduct and investigations to terminations and disputes — and can partner closely with HR and business leaders to make sound, practical decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end employee cases (misconduct, grievances, poor performance, disputes)
  • Advise HR and leaders on disciplinary actions, suspensions, and terminations in line with the Vietnam Labour Code
  • Lead or support workplace investigations and ensure proper documentation
  • Handle employee disputes, complaints, and escalations
  • Partner with HR to ensure decisions are legally sound and practically workable
  • Strengthen internal processes, policies, and documentation standards

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labour Law, or HR Legal
  • Strong experience handling real employee cases end-to-end
  • Solid knowledge of the Vietnam Labour Code
  • Confident working with HR and business leaders on sensitive issues
  • Able to balance legal risk with business needs
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
