Position Summary
The Employer Branding Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role will lead employer brand positioning, recruitment marketing initiatives, talent attraction campaigns, employee advocacy programs, university relations, and candidate experience enhancement to support the company's long-term workforce strategy.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, digital communications, content strategy, and stakeholder management, with a strong understanding of the real estate and corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employer Branding Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Employer Branding Strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and talent acquisition priorities.
- Define and continuously refine the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen the company's positioning as an employer of choice.
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify emerging employer branding trends and opportunities.
- Establish annual employer branding roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
2. Recruitment Marketing & Talent Attraction
- Design and execute talent attraction campaigns targeting both active and passive candidates across various talent segments.
- Develop recruitment marketing strategies for critical hiring functions, leadership positions, and large-scale workforce requirements.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to enhance candidate pipelines and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Optimize employer branding presence across job boards, social media platforms, career websites, and professional networks.
3. Digital Employer Brand & Content Management
- Lead the development of compelling employer branding content, including employee stories, leadership insights, workplace culture initiatives, project highlights, and career growth opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the company’s careers website and employer branding channels.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Oversee content calendars, multimedia production, social media campaigns, and engagement activities.
4. Employee Advocacy & Culture Promotion
- Develop employee ambassador and advocacy programs to amplify authentic employee experiences.
- Promote corporate culture, core values, and employee success stories internally and externally.
- Partner with Internal Communications and HR teams to strengthen employee engagement initiatives.
- Support cultural transformation and change management programs through employer branding activities.
5. University Relations & Talent Community Development
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks.
- Lead campus recruitment branding initiatives, career fairs, talent competitions, and internship programs.
- Build and maintain long-term talent communities to support future hiring needs.
- Strengthen the company’s presence among emerging talent pools and young professionals.
6. Employer Branding Analytics & Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze employer branding performance metrics, including:
- Employer brand awareness
- Candidate engagement
- Career site traffic
- Social media reach and engagement
- Application conversion rates
- Candidate experience scores
- Employer review platform ratings
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data and market feedback.
7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop the Employer Branding team to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, creative vendors, and recruitment marketing providers.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR teams, and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure all employer branding activities align with corporate branding and business priorities.
