Implement employer branding campaigns and activities across digital communication channels to enhance the Group’s employer brand presence.
Regularly update content on the Group’s recruitment communication channels, ensuring consistent promotion of the corporate brand and attracting high-quality talent from the labor market.
Collaborate with Departments/Divisions/Projects to initiate and sustain employer branding activities based on business needs, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing marketing effectiveness.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting and engaging potential candidates.
Leverage the Group’s Core Values and translate them into behaviors that help Novators thrive and succeed, creating a distinctive and consistent employer brand identity built upon the Novator DNA framework.
2. Manage, Maintain, and Expand Employer Branding Owned Media Channels
Manage Novaland Group’s recruitment communication platforms and continuously expand and diversify channels aligned with the Group’s Core Values.
Manage the content calendar and allocate appropriate content across communication channels, ensuring all content and visual materials are clear, engaging, and suitable for each platform.
Monitor, update, and report on the progress and effectiveness of employer branding activities.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge
Solid understanding of communications, media, and public relations principles.
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Internal Communications
Event Management
Human Resources
Employer Branding
Career Development / Career Counseling
Proven experience in content creation and content marketing.
Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.

Good English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI for reporting and presentations.
