1.     Bachelors’ degree or higher in Electrical/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related field.

2.     At least 2 years of relevant experience in directly connected to energy management, preferably in a large and complex organization.

3.     Demonstrated leadership, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.

4.     Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

5.     Strong passion for sustainability issues and trends, and the ability to translate them into business opportunities and solutions.

6.     Must be comfortable to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

7.     Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

8.     Fluency in English.
