Make an impact

• Track and follow up findings from EHS operations such as: incident/accident investigation, risk assessment, observation.
• Update EHS training results on training matrix and follow up the status of expired date.
• Ensure emergency equipment for Emergency Respond Team (ERT) is being worked properly and in full quantity.
• Ensure employees of contractors are qualified according to job requirements and EHS compliance.
• Manage PPE master list in daily operation and support assessment of PPE’s changing with relevant teams.
• Update new EHS legislation, track and follow up open points from assessment and update legal assessment list.
• Be responsible for monthly environmental report and suitable and sufficient EHS documentation compliance list.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: 

• Education background in Labor Safety, Environment or relevant majors
• Ideally 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role in international manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of local legislation & regulatory, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in English. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to gain trust and buy-in with all levels of stakeholders.
