Engineer, Production Engineering

• Identify critical processes and monitor & improve the process efficiency with proper improvement plans and actions.
• Ensure safe work environment and participate to minimize safety issues.
• Ensure good process control, quality, delivery, and cost to meet corporate goal.
• Designs, develop and complete building fixtures and proper tooling as requested and release to production and support technical issues of fixture.
• Support CNC programming for production on new product development and for productivity enhancement.
• Follow up prototypes and trial parts production to identify and solve issues from the process.
• Works closely with production management, planning, quality and engineering along with maintenance team to drive and achieve synergy.
• Standardize parameter and specifications of machine.
• Involve in activities on investment on new equipment, technology development, and implementation.
• Analysis, evaluation on current routing cycle time and implementation of improvement with detailed plan to achieve higher efficiency.
• Analyses operator machining activities to recommend and adjust process time to improve
• Research for suitable processed to the production practices.
• Complies to and supports METKRAFT’s Quality System.
• Accept assigns tasks from direct supervisor from time to time.

Required skills, working experience:

• Ability of reading comprehension, writing and communication in working field in English.
• Ability of using MS office or job related software at proficiency level.
• Ability to run 2D & 3D designing software.
• Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Maths skills.
• Practical knowledge in engineering.
• Skills and ability in planning, continuous improvement of production.
• Analyse and settle problems within job function.
• Ability to program and / or troubleshoot CNC programs would be highly regarded.
• Leadership skills, plans making & implementation skills.

Required qualifications:

• University diploma in Engineering or mechanical engineering.
