Engineer, Project Management

• Overall responsible for the activities of Project Management and IBO
• To plan the overall resource for the direct shipment.
• To follow up with customer project management (CPM) on the customer specification and provide accurate information to application team.
• To constantly monitor and check the project status especially materials status, tooling design, new CMF release date and etc.
• To follow up with Engineering & SW team when machine encounter issue.
• To update the performance indicator (on time delivery) regularly.
• To follow up on shipment preparation, approval & special acceptance if needed.
• To coordinate the project review, improvement plan and follow up of improvement plan.
• To host Customer buy off at factory.
• To IBO on machine before shipment/customer buyoff based on quality requirement and guidelines from Product Group, Quality Management and customer requirement to provide IBO report.
• To compile and initiate machine shipment disposition due to unfulfillment of quality requirement. Shipment is not allowed unless with Special Acceptance
• Ensure processes and operation in PGC DA complies with Quality Management guidelines and requirements
• Continuous external customer complaint and internal rejection data analyzing and improvement on application, IBO & engineering processes.
• Other tasks related to work assigned by direct superior.

• Minimum Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering degree.
• At least 2 years experienced in project management.
• Good communication skill, fluence in English (written and verbal).
• Certified Project Manager is added advantage.
• Good planning and co-ordination capability.
• Have strong knowledge and application of work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Able to identify, foresee risks and establish mitigation.
• Understanding of equipment manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, manufacturing and process control.
• Understanding of problem solving tools (7 QC Tools, etc).
• Able to interpret basic mechanical drawing.
• MS Office, ERP & SAP with advance knowhow and skills.
