We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and compensation & benefits (C&B) activities. The role will focus 60% on recruitment and 40% on C&B administration. Good English communication skills are required.
1. Recruitment (60%)Manage end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
Support employer branding activities.
Maintain and update recruitment reports.
Prepare HR documents such as labor contracts, amendments, and related paperwork.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support HR reporting and audits when required.
Other admin tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of HR experience
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
