• Operate equipment: Run and monitor production machines to ensure stable performance.

• Maintenance tasks: Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or software issues.

• Calibration: Adjust machine parameters and perform calibration to meet quality standards.

• Documentation: Record maintenance activities, repair logs, and equipment performance data.

• Safety compliance: Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience: 1–3 years in equipment operation or maintenance preferred.

• Technical skills: Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and industrial automation.

• Soft skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
