Tư vấn lập các thủ tục môi trường cho các dự án như: / Consulting on establishing environmental procedures for projects such as:

• Đánh giá tác động môi trường/ Environmental impact assessment
• Giấy phép môi trường, đăng ký môi trường/ Environmental license, environmental registration
• Báo cáo công tác bảo vệ môi trường/ Report on environmental protection work
• Kế hoạch ứng phó sự cố môi trường/ Environmental incident response plan
• Báo cáo kiểm kê khí nhà kính/ Greenhouse gas inventory report

Tư vấn lập báo cáo đầu tư, dự án đầu tư cho các dự án xử lý môi trường/ Consulting on preparing investment reports and investment projects for environmental treatment projects

Tư vấn lập thủ tục thẩm định công nghệ cho các dự án xử lý môi trường/ Consulting on establishing technology appraisal procedures for environmental treatment projects

Thực hiện các thủ tục môi trường và các thủ tục pháp lý khác liên quan cho khách hàng khi có yêu cầu/ Carry out environmental procedures and other related legal procedures for customers upon request

Thực hiện các công việc khác của Trung tâm theo sự phân công của Ban Giám đốc và người quản lý trực tiếp / Perform other Center tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and direct managers

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

Tiến độ / Progress:

• Hoàn thành công việc đúng tiến độ và kế hoạch đã cam kết với người quản lý/ Complete work on schedule and according to the plan committed to the manager;
• Đảm bảo uy tín về chất lượng và tiến độ với khách hang/ Ensure reputation for quality and progress with customers.

Chất lượng công việc

• Các thủ tục thực hiện theo đúng quy định của pháp luật hiện hành/ Procedures are carried out in accordance with current laws;
• Khảo sát, thực địa, thu thập thông tin đầy đủ đáp ứng các yêu cầu thực hiện dự án/ Survey, fieldwork, and collect complete information to meet project implementation requirements;
• Báo cáo, văn bản trình bày có cơ sở, logic, ngắn gọn, đầy đủ, chính xác, rõ ràng, mạch lạc theo mẫu quy định của nhà nước và theo đúng thông tin của khách hàng/ Reports and written presentations are well-founded, logical, concise, complete, accurate, clear, and coherent according to the state's prescribed form and according to the customer's information;
• Cách thức trình bày báo cáo, powerpoint theo mẫu format chung của Trung tâm và phòng tư vấn/ Make reports and powerpoints according to the general format of the Center and consulting room;
• Thông tin, số liệu sử dụng trung thực, đáng tin cậy/ Information and data used are honest and reliable
• Không phạm sai lỗi chính tả, lỗi đánh máy/ Do not make any spelling or typing errors
• Không phạm các lỗi do “Copy”/ Do not make mistakes due to “Copying”
• Tư vấn thủ tục cho khách hàng theo đúng quy định, có cơ sở, dễ hiểu/ Advise customers on procedures according to regulations, well-founded, and easy to understand.

Trách nhiệm quản lý (nếu có) / Management duties (If any): Quản lý dự án độc lập (khi được yêu cầu)/ Independent project management (when required)

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences)

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm thực hiện tư vấn lập các thủ tục về môi trường tối thiểu 02 năm / At least 02 years of experience in consulting and establishing environmental procedures is a plus

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major)

• Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành công nghệ, kỹ thuật môi trường/ Graduated from university or higher, majoring in technology and environmental engineering.
• Tốt nghiệp loại khá trở lên/ Graduated with good grades or higher.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Có khả năng đọc, viết tiếng Anh, ưu tiên giao tiếp tốt/ Ability to read and write English, good communication is a plus

Khác (Others)

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt/ Good communication skills.
• Có khả năng làm việc nhóm/ Teamwork skill
• Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng; Biết đọc bản vẽ, sử dụng thành thạo AutoCad; Kỹ năng sử dụng các phần mềm mô hình hoá cho lĩnh vực môi trường/ Proficient in using office computers; Know how to read drawings and use AutoCad fluently; Skills in using modeling software for the environmental field;
• Cẩn thận, kiên nhẫn, siêng năng, ham học hỏi và trung thực trong công việc/ Careful, patient, diligent, eager to learn and honest in work.
• Cập nhật, nắm bắt thông tin nhanh, chính xác các văn bản pháp luật mới/ Update and capture information quickly and accurately on new legal documents.
• Khả năng xử lý tình huống nhanh nhẹn và hợp lý/ Ability to handle situations quickly and reasonably.
• Yêu cầu sức khỏe tốt, sẵn sàng đi công tác khi có yêu cầu/ Requires good health, willing to go on business trips when required.
