Plan, supervise and organize the implementation of the programs to increase awareness at the point of sale, display, direct marketing, promotion ... in order to develop brands in the company in order to meet the quantity, quality and progress according to the approved plan, meet the set criteria.
Support overall management of Activation programs in the company.
Planning and coordinating with third partners/ third parties to organize the implementation of school event programs, sponsorship programs, sampling (product trial), active (activation), roadshow .... inside and outside the company.
Monitoring and ensuring programs and operations on schedule, quality and goals set by the company. Proposing solutions/ ideas for promotional activities and events of the company.
Proposing, comparing solutions & quotes for partners and suppliers.
Manage expenses and budgets of approved programs. Manage records, papers, documents, data ..
Report summarizes the programs implemented.

University majoring in Marketing, Event, Business Administration ...
Experienced in Channel Development, Channel Activation & PG, Shopper Marketing. Candidates with background in the consumer goods industry/ FMCG/ Beverage/ Nutrition/ Milk/ Dairy Industry is an advantage.
At least 01 years of experience in the field of event organization/ Activation at the GT channel or related industries.
Having a basic knowledge of Marketing, especially in organizing BTL activities (events, animation, trial use, commercial ...)
Interactive skills with Sales Team and Cross - Functional.
Microsoft Office and Reporting skills.
Project management skills & project budget.
Able to communicate English fluently and work with Expats.
