Mô tả Công việc

The position is a key member of Chụp Box photobooth team and the bridge between our brand and our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle from initial client inquiry and design preparation to on-site operation and post-event delivery. This role requires a strong hands-on mindset, technical troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication skills to manage both clients and part-time staff effectively.

A. Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Sales Support

  • Inbox Management: Respond to customer’s inquiries in a professional and helpful way.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear communication before and after events to ensure all client requirements are met.

2. Technical & Equipment Management

  • Operational Readiness: Prepare and test all technical equipment prior to events to prevent any unexpected errors.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware or software issues for the team on the spot.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to make sure we always have enough materials for upcoming events.

3. Event Preparation & Design

  • Visual Tasks: Create custom event photo frames using Canva based on client briefs.
  • On-site Execution: Lead or support event setup and teardown, operating equipment to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with part-time staff to keep event timelines on track.

4. Post-Event Management

  • Final Delivery: Manage digital photo delivery links (or Wish Box) to ensure clients receive their photos promptly.
  • Customer Feedback: Actively collect customer reviews and feedback to help improve our service quality.

B. BENEFITS

  • Salary package: From 7.000.000VND (base salary and monhly commission with good quality delivered based on customer's feedback).

C. OTHER INFORMATION

  • Working location: District 1, HCMC
  • Working cchedule : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday with 1-hour break), or ensuring at least 40 working hours/week upon event schedule.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • College/University senior or Fresh graduates who enjoy event operation are welcomed.
  • Good sense of customer service, supervision, and coordination skills.
  • Basic English communication skill is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and work flexible hours upon event schedules.
