Event Marketing

- Planning and developing suitable, valuable and useful ideas for the business activities of the Restaurant (Bar, Club, Rooftop)
- Proposing ideas, creating scenarios for organizing weekly/monthly Events, creating Events to attract the attention of new customer groups.
- Proposing ideas and implementing a series of Events to care for and show gratitude towards old customers.
- Estimating the budget, necessary personnel, planning the organization and implementation
- Creating proposals, event agendas, activities in the event, interesting, novel performance and meeting the purpose or message of the event.
- Coordinating well with related departments to ensure the event takes place as planned.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors and the Board of Directors

Working hours:
- Working hours: 9am-6pm Monday - Saturday
- Day off: off every other Saturday

- Graduated from College/University in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Organization and related majors and have a development orientation in the event sector.
- Have 3-5 years of experience or more in a similar position at event organization companies, preferably working in a nightlife environment
- Good English communication
- Have experience in event ideation and Proposal design
- Ability to proficiently use presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, ...)
- Ability to develop creative and unique ideas
- Have aesthetic sense, creative thinking, proactively update new trends;
- Agile, dynamic, withstand high pressure, perform work with accuracy
- Eager to learn, improve and supplement knowledge to serve the job well.
