· Collaborate closely with TOM to define project scopes, strategic objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), identifying critical milestones and mandatory deadlines for each phase.
· Propose and coordinate directly with Department Heads to mobilize and optimize project resources (personnel, tools, and documentation).
· Assume primary responsibility for monitoring and managing timelines across relevant departments, ensuring no operational delays.
· Proactively identify potential risks or resource conflicts; propose definitive solutions to ensure project continuity.
· Maintain a periodic reporting system (weekly/monthly) on project status, including progress, risks, and strategic improvement proposals.
· Manage schedules and organize meetings, ensuring TOM is fully prepared with all necessary content and documentation prior to events.
· Review all files, documents, and papers before submitting them to the TOM for approval to ensure legal compliance and standard protocols.
· Represent TOM in welcoming partners and clients, and handle communication flows as requested.
· Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the company’s strategic information and sensitive matters.
· Establish a systematic and professional filing system for project data and office records.
Education & Qualifications: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or other related fields.
