· Support Board of Directors, contacting relevant departments, making requested reports
· Meeting arrangements, follow corrective actions & report to BOD on time
· Planning, monitoring KPI progress, ensuring operational activities run efficiently
· Monitoring Headcount Plan and aligning with related department in Headcount Control
· Implement and monitor, promote programs to encourage improvement, cost savings, 5S activities.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an Assistant, Project Management role or related jobs
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Analytical and reporting capabilities
· Good English communication (both written and spoken)
· Proactive, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
