About the role
We are looking for a proactive, polished, and internationally minded Executive Assistant to work directly with the Chairman and support business activities connected to the US market. The role combines executive support, client-facing coordination, sales follow-up, and day-to-day execution of key priorities.
What you will do
• Provide direct day-to-day support to the Chairman in scheduling, meeting preparation, follow-up, and execution of priority tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, business trips, client visits, and working sessions; prepare documents, notes, action lists, and next steps.
• Act as a bridge between the Chairman, internal teams in Vietnam, and clients or partners in the United States.
• Support sales activities through client care, opportunity tracking, quotation support, and commercial follow-up.
• Accompany the Chairman on business trips to the US and provide practical support before, during, and after meetings or events.
• Monitor client needs, market feedback, and business opportunities, especially in granite and stone-related business development.
• Handle fast-changing tasks with urgency, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
Who we are looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in executive assistance, sales support, business coordination, customer relationship management, or client service.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the confidence to work directly with international clients, partners, and senior leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Commercial awareness and a service mindset; able to support client engagement and sales processes, not just administration.
• Willingness and readiness to travel internationally for extended periods when required.
• Professional presence, good health, and strong adaptability in demanding and client-facing situations.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain the required travel documents for US business trips are advantages.
Work pattern
• The role is based in Hanoi, with expected business trips to the United States around two times per year.
• Each trip may last approximately 3–4 months depending on business needs; outside travel periods, the role works from the Hanoi office.
Why the right candidate will be interested
• Direct exposure to top leadership and international business operations.
• A high-trust role with real commercial impact beyond conventional assistant work.
• Competitive package including base salary plus sales-related incentive, subject to company policy and performance.
Application note
This vacancy is best suited to candidates who want close exposure to senior leadership, are comfortable with travel and client-facing work, and are motivated by fast execution and business growth. Applicants should submit an updated CV in English.
