PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking an Executive Assistant who is professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of Managing Director. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of Managing Director. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings. 

- Provide personal administrative assistance, such as writing and editing communication, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, meeting minutes, and action items closure.

- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.

- Daily highlights and update on the Managing Director’s agenda and meeting summary.

- Manage Managing Director’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

- Arrange travel effectively, book tickets, hotels meeting the Managing Director’s expectations.

- Responsible for customer care activities: manage customer visit schedule and identify the purpose of their visit for arrangement accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS: 

- Education: Bachelor Business Administration or a related field. 

- Experience: At least 5 years’ experience at the same position.  

- Others:
