Executive - Ocean Freight Operations

Key Responsibilities:

·        Handling shipment from booking until closure file as instructed by supervisor

·        Maintain set KPI’s

·        Responsible for operational accuracy of individual shipments

·        Responsible for billing accuracy of individual shipments.

·        Responsible for on time file closure as per deadlines set forth by management

·        Dealing with supervisor together with pricing team to find space/price related solutions.

Position Requirements:

· 1+ years of Ocean operations experience (from booking stage to invoice)

· Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management

· High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment

· Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

· Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams

· University graduated.

· Cargo wise experience is a plus
