Process applications from teachers applying locally or from abroad, from initial contacts through placement within a training centre.
Responsibilities
• Screening and selecting candidates
• Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and performing reference checks
• Contribute ideas for improving recruitment and make recommendations to academic managers
• Other recruitment activities as requested
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and Business Administration
• Already at the same position with 6+ months experience in recruitment and selection management.
• Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)
• Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner
• High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function
• Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
• Good presentation and persuasive skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
• High level skills, in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Basic skills in MS Powerpoint, Visio
