Receive and Complete Export Documents:
Coordinate with Internal Departments: Work closely with other internal teams and departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of export documentation.
Communicate with Shipping Companies: Liaise with shipping companies to collect shipment information, check loading operations, and handle as well as follow up on ocean freight payments, and other logistics details.
Document Organization: Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving documents for easy checking and comparison when needed.
LC Compliance: Ensure that all documents are completed in accordance with the assigned Letter of Credit (LC) requirements and specifications.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager related to export documentation and shipping processes.
