EXPORT- IMPORT MANAGER / TRƯỞNG PHÒNG XUẤT NHẬP KHẨU

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan & implement overall shipping strategy.
2. Organize & prioritize shipping activities for whole shipping process.
3. Ensure smooth execution of shipments with accurate documents for import / export.
4. Follow up Import / Export shipments, manage and feedback on issues with stakeholders.
5. Price negotiation with best option to destination.
6. Implement and tracking of procedures & process tax declaring for import & export shipment.
7. Maintain ITAS system ensures up to date and correct details, especially in allocation of stocks, invoicing, shipments detail and etc.
8. Ensure timely and accurate information-flow between Commercial and Planning / Quality / Production / Finance teams.
9. Reports for management & finance.

Requirements

·       Degree in Business or related discipline, ideally 3 to 5 years’ experience within a similar role;

·       Hands on experience with shipping and distribution software

·       Proactive attitude and ability to work independently;

·       Meticulous and analytical skills; Strong in leadership skill

·       Team player who is willing to be flexible and assist within the teams;

·       Capable oral and written communicator in English;

·       Fully numerate and with excellent computer & software application skills;

        Work in An Phuoc IP,  Long Thanh, Dong Nai province, Vietnam
