Job Purpose:
Taking responsible for driving international sales growth and profitability by developing and executing strategic export plans. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and managing relationships with global clients and partners. Overseeing logistics and documentation processes and mitigates risks associated with international trade to expand market and volume and achieve revenue targets..
Roles & Responsibility:
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement export strategies and prepare sales reports
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pricing and offering to customers
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and manage export documentation.
- Manage the export plan with all relevant parties (factory and logistics services) to ensure smooth delivery
- Financial Management: Manage export pricing, quotations, and monitor budgets and expenses for customers in charge
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to international trade.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure smooth product delivery to customers.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Major in International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field is often required or have a passion for it.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Export Sales, Mill/Foods Ingredient industry is a plus
- Strong abilities in written and spoken English
- International Trade Regulations, Sales & Negotiation, Communication Skills
