Build and execute a U.S. market development plan: identify target customer segments (dropshipping/e-commerce sellers and brands, packaging importers), and analyze competitors and consumer trends in the U.S.
Prospect and develop U.S. customers through Alibaba, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, U.S. trade shows/exhibitions, Shopify/Amazon/TikTok Shop communities, email outreach, and B2B marketplaces.
Advise U.S. customers on suitable packaging solutions, especially for the dropshipping model: mailer bags, mailer boxes, branded/private-label packaging, low MOQ, and fast production/turnaround times that match U.S. market expectations.
Quote pricing and negotiate commercial terms consistent with U.S. business practices (Incoterms, payment methods such as T/T, L/C, PayPal, etc.); draft and manage export contracts.
Coordinate with the Export & Import and Production departments to handle export documentation, production scheduling, international shipping (sea/air freight), and U.S. import procedures (CBP, FDA where food-grade packaging is involved, import duties, etc.).
Track order progress and ensure on-time delivery aligned with U.S. shopping seasons (Black Friday, back-to-school, year-end holidays, etc.); handle complaints, returns, and post-sale issues.
Maintain long-term relationships with U.S. customers through regular email/call/video-call check-ins on U.S. time zones; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Travel to the U.S. periodically to meet customers, attend industry trade shows, and work from Nam Thai Son's U.S. branch office.
Report on sales performance, order forecasts, and U.S. market development plans to management on a regular basis.

U.S. market experience & knowledge (top priority): Candidates who have lived, studied, worked, or done business in the U.S., or who have direct sales/export experience with U.S. customers, are strongly preferred. Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, business culture, shopping seasons, and import regulations (CBP, FDA, tariffs).
Dropshipping / U.S. e-commerce experience (high priority): Prior experience in dropshipping, print-on-demand, or selling on Shopify/Amazon FBA/TikTok Shop/Etsy in the U.S. market, or B2B sales experience supplying U.S. dropshipping sellers. Solid understanding of dropshipping business operations, cost structure, and packaging expectations.
Bachelor's/College degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in export sales or international business; experience in the packaging, plastics, or printing industry is a plus.
Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) suited to U.S. business communication; able to work directly with U.S. customers via phone, email, and video calls.
Working knowledge of export/import procedures: Incoterms, export documentation, international logistics, and U.S. import regulations.
Strong lead-generation, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-relationship skills suited to U.S. business etiquette.
Valid passport and eligibility for a U.S. business visa (B1/B1-B2 or equivalent); willing to travel to the U.S. frequently and work at the U.S. branch office for 1–3 months per year.
Self-motivated, able to work under sales targets, and willing to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed.
Proficient in office software; familiarity with CRM/sales management tools is a plus.
