Export Shipping Officer

Company Profile:

We are a European company with over 10 years of established operations in Vietnam.

Our business is stable and growing steadily. Due to business expansion, we are urgently looking for a qualified candidate for the following position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on the full export shipping process for all shipments;
• Prepare and review all shipping documents, including but not limited to Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, etc.;
• Handle shipment details and coordinate customs declaration and clearance matters;
• Communicate with overseas customers via email and phone in English, providing timely updates on shipment status;
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal production teams to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience​ in export shipping, freight forwarding, or international trade operations;
• Fluent in English​ (speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate independently with overseas clients via email and phone;
• Proficient in preparing shipping documents and familiar with customs declaration procedures and relevant regulations;
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and possessing strong cross-departmental coordination skills;
• Prior experience working with European clients is a plus.

Salary:​ Negotiable 15-18 mil

Bonus: 13th salary

Insurance: Based on total salary

Working day: Monday-Friday
