Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients including convenience stores, restaurants, hotels, airlines, catering services, bakeries, and industrial kitchens.
Promote and sell frozen bakery products and customized bakery solutions according to client requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer network.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams including production, R&D, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare quotations, contracts, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand awareness and business connections.

Bachelor’s degree or college degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Technology, or related fields.
Experience in B2B sales within F&B, bakery, frozen food, FMCG, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good command of English. Korean communication skill is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
