Fabric Sourcing Specialist

Working out of our Thao Dien / HCMC office, the Fabric Sourcing Specialist oversees the sourcing of fabrics for our customers.

This role requires very strong sourcing capability, very good knowledge of textiles/fabrics, and attention to detail.

Focus on tactical apparel and gear fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-quality fabrics from various suppliers across Asia.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to understand fabric needs.
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers for performance and reliability.
• Maintain an up-to-date sourcing database and track developments.
• Ensure all sourced fabrics meet quality and compliance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types and textile manufacturing processes.
• Proven vendor management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing and supply chain management software.
