• Assign work to workers and employees in production according to the department head's authorization.

• Follow the production plan to meet the export schedule.

• Control and ensure the receipt and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in coordination with the Warehouse.

• Control and ensure accurate stocktaking and inventory quantities by reconciling physical stock, inventory cards, and inventory management software.

• Control and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for production.

• Perform all activities related to CGMP documentation inspection and control.

• Store and maintain production documents properly.

• Supervise in-process production activities to ensure product quality.

• Implement new products into the production process.

• Improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce the loss rate.

• Support the operation and maintenance of production machinery.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment and team management.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, recruitment, employee relations, and factory administration.
• Good English commnication 
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
