[Factory 2 Bến Cát] Junior Production Supervisor (Fresh Graduate)

• Assign work to workers and employees in production according to the department head's authorization.

• Follow the production plan to meet the export schedule.

• Control and ensure the receipt and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in coordination with the Warehouse.

• Control and ensure accurate stocktaking and inventory quantities by reconciling physical stock, inventory cards, and inventory management software.

• Control and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for production.

• Perform all activities related to CGMP documentation inspection and control.

• Store and maintain production documents properly.

• Supervise in-process production activities to ensure product quality.

• Implement new products into the production process.

• Improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce the loss rate.

• Support the operation and maintenance of production machinery.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Biotechnology / Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in a production environment are welcome.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Can communicate in English
