Factory Layout Engineer

• Prepare monthly & quarterly space utilization reports  

• Calculate space requirements based on capacity forecasts  

• Track machine quantity & location across factory areas  

• Classify machines by customer and product  

• Manage capital requests for equipment and layout changes  

• Review installation/relocation and initiate LCAR if needed  

• Design CAD layouts for machines and projects  

• Coordinate with teams to ensure safety and feasibility  

• Maintain and update layout drawings 

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields 

2. Experiences:  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in PM (Prepare and Maintenance) or Facility is preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcomed 

3. Skills:  

• Good command of English.  

• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills 

• Able to use Auto CAD 2D, 3D or drawing systems

• Logical thinking, willing to learn and ethics tuation .
