Work with fiber suppliers to inspect and monitor the quality of fibers.
Ensure that the company has an adequate supply of fibers that meet production requirements.
Monitor the quality of the fibers used in production to ensure they meet quality standards.
Improve and optimize the fiber production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Track and manage the fiber storage inventory, including controlling the quantity and condition of the various types of fibers.
Set up and adjust parameters and factors to control and maintain stable fiber output quality.
Work closely with other departments such as production, quality, and research & development to ensure a smooth production process.

Male, 30 - 60 years old
Bachelor's degree
Over 10 years of experience working in fiber factories, and 5 years in the fiber management position.
Well-versed in different types of fibers, product quality, and production processes.
Good at English
