Field QC Inspector (Factory-Based)

Gemline is seeking a hands-on, field-based Quality Control Inspector to work directly at supplier factories. This role requires strong on-site judgment, practical inspection experience, and the ability to control quality risks before shipment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Inline, DUPRO, and Final Inspections directly at factory sites
• Perform early inline inspections to detect quality issues at production stage and prevent bulk defects
• Monitor workmanship consistency and production processes on-site
• Identify potential risks that may cause Final inspection failure or shipment delay
• Apply AQL (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) sampling plan independently
• Accurately classify defects (Critical / Major / Minor)
• Verify packing method, carton marking, labeling, and assortment accuracy
• Ensure production & packing completion status before releasing shipment
• Communicate quality issues clearly with factory management
• Follow up corrective actions and verify improvements before shipment
• Other jobs as assigned

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years factory-based QC inspection experience
• Able to conduct inspections independently without supervision
• Strong understanding of AQL and defect classification
• Practical experience in Softlines / Hardlines products
• Comfortable working under factory production pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Good English for inspection report writing
• Willing to travel frequently
