Mô tả Công việc

Purpose of the position:

  • Ensure Accounting system and policies to run smoothly related to PYR salary payment and bank reconciliation
  • Liase with Bank, Tax Authority for needed issues.
  • Skill in prioritizing, teamwork and scheduling personal workflow.
  • High independent and controlling ability
Job Accountabilities:
  • Control and execute bank payment transactions, ensuring compliance with processes and deadlines, particularly for payroll, tax, and insurance obligations for service clients.
  • Record, monitor, and reconcile banking transactions to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal accounting records.
  • Update and manage bank account information, liaising with relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve issues arising.
  • Process expense reimbursements, reconcile revenue, and ensure transparency in business performance recognition.
  • Provide accounting advisory support to relevant departments regarding company services.
  • Perform periodic account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage daily cash flow to secure financial resources for operations and optimize capital efficiency.
  • Record and reconcile payables related to trade union contributions and other financial obligations.
  • Participate in the development, update, and improvement of accounting processes in line with internal standards and certification requirements (e.g., ISO).
  • Provide data to support audits, analysis, and management decision-making.
  • Perform other assigned tasks to ensure seamless and effective financial and accounting operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting - Auditing
  • 2-3 years of working experience in accounting or auditing
  • Tax practicing Certificate (nice to have)
  • Growth Mindset and One-Team Mindset.
  • General competencies: Product/ Solutions Knowledge; Client Management; Project Management; Operation Management; Problem Solving & Decision Making; HRM Overview Knowledge​.
  • G-local competencies: Business Knowledge, Insights, Strategies and Solutions; Industry knowledge; English (CEFR Global Scale)​
  • Functional competencies: Demonstrates a sound application of accounting principles and processes. Maintains accounting systems which meet internal and external requirements.
