Finance Analyst Supervisor

Description the main duties of the position:

The Inventory Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory valuation, inventory reconciliation, product costing, and pricing setup in accordance with company policies and internal controls.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Gross Margin Management

• Track actual Revenue, GM, %GM by category (weekly).
• Consolidate Revenue/GM for the whole company (monthly).
• Analyze Revenue & GM by multiple dimensions (channel, customer, SKU).

2. Cost Allocation & P&L Reporting

• Allocate direct/indirect costs by Business sector and Sales channel and Location.
• Build monthly P&L by sector/channel (contribution format).
• Calculate Cost to Serve.

3. Performance Reporting & Dashboards

• Maintain the Performance Dashboard (Delivery & Storage).
• Build BI dashboards for key management metrics.
• Track Average AR by customer and Average Inventory by item.

4. Other Adhoc & Management Reports

• Handle ad-hoc requests and reports as required by management.
• Support other tasks assigned by the CFO/Chief Acc
• Annual budget
• Monthly forecast

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, have a deep understanding of distribution operations, cost structures, cost drivers, inventory, and operational cost management on FMCG/Food industry
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• English proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate with foreign business partners
• Accounting systems knowledge (SAP, Dynamic Navision)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) are required
• Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, or other advanced data analytics/visualization tools are required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive fixed salary.
• Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday (lunch at the company).
• Parking allowance: 400,000 VND/month.
