Finance Analyst

This position is responsible for reviewing and improving financial performance by following, tracking, and controlling closely company activities, as well as partnering with Operation (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Purchase, …) team to improve the level of control and compliance within the company. He or she will provide financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of operation resources.

- Key responsibilities:

+ Preparing/verifying monthly operational reports (RM/PM yield loss, labor productivity, OEE, capacity utilization, cost saving…)

+ Variance Analysis (price/quantity/mix variance): Identifying and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted/standard figures, scrutinizing reason beyond variance and report to management team.

+ Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.

+ Evaluating investments on capital expenditures (NPV, IRR, nominal & discounted payback period,…) and analyzing depreciation variance between actual and budget.

+ Budget and Financial Management: Collaborating with Operation (Production, Quality, Maintenance, …), and Finance/Accounting team members to prepare and compile budgets.

+ Proactively getting involved in daily/weekly/monthly Operation activities to get better understanding of business performance.

+ Financial Audits: Preparing and participating in financial/internal audits.

+ Exercising other ad-hoc tasks based on superiors’ requirements.

• Bachelor or above in Accounting and Finance or related fields...
• Language/Computer skill , Good English communication , Good computer skill: Word, excel, power point…
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
• Advanced Excel skills (popular formulas, VBA macro). Being able to use BI tools (Power Query/Power Pivot/DAX/Power BI, …) is desirable.
• Demonstrating optimistic, open-minded, willingness-to-learn, hard-working attitudes, and being able to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• CMA/ACCA/CIMA (can be in progress) is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing cost/efficiency/productivity analysis (food & beverage industry is preferable), candidates with previous roles as cost controller, BOM controller, management accountant, cost accountant are highly encouraged.
