Finance and accounting assistant manager

• Overall financial and accounting reporting both statutory and management reports, analysis and planning

· Experience in manufacturing accounting

• Ensuring compliance with local statutory accounting requirements
• Treasury and cash flow planning
• Coach and develop the accounting and finance team and monitor individual performance
• Analyze operation and relevant costs, provide proactively recommendation to enhance operation cost effectiveness and competitiveness
• Manage and lead an experienced, diverse team to improve existing process and help the business meet strategic and financial objectives
• Budget and forecasting
• Compliance with Group policy

·       Male or female

·       Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s Degree will be advantage.

·       Minimum of 3 – year experience in accounting, finance and taxation (with at least 2 years at the managerial level) in multifunctional or manufacturing companies is preferable

·       Having experience in ERP (especially SAP is advantage)

·       Having experience in Hyperion will be an advantage

·       Strong planning and business analytical skills, service-minded, open-minded, result-oriented and proactive

·       Strong leadership, ability to manage professional staff

·       Loyal, mature, and hard-working

·       Able to work under pressure and timeline

·       Fluent in English communication
