Analyze COGS and manufacturing costs across assigned product lines, providing actionable insights to support business and cost management decisions.
Perform BOM vs. Actual cost analysis to identify cost variances, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Conduct productivity and capacity utilization analysis to evaluate operational performance and drive efficiency improvements.
Monitor and forecast raw material price movements, assessing their impact on product costs and profitability.
Develop cost sensitivity analysis and financial models to evaluate the impact of material price fluctuations and other cost drivers.
Support product costing and pricing activities for new product launches, ensuring cost competitiveness and target margins.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management analysis packages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Commercial to identify and implement cost improvement initiatives.
Support other Finance-related projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Costing, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar role; experience in Big4, FMCG, or Manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of product costing, COGS analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into practical business insights.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry or other consumer goods manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both Finance and non-Finance teams.
