Finance Manager - Trưởng phòng Kế toán

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and industrial controlling activities for the three manufacturing subsidiaries located in Vietnam and US, Germany, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and timeliness in planning and reporting processes. The role reports hierarchically to the Global Director of All Sites entities and functionally to the Group CFO based in US. The Controller will also serve as the key financial partner for performance optimization and governance across the subsidiaries.

Accounting Responsibilities
•    Supervise industrial accounting activities, ensuring consistency with Group policies.
•    Oversee monthly closings for Vietnam and China entities in collaboration with local finance teams.
•    Consolidate and submit accurate monthly management reports to EU headquarters, ensuring compliance with Group standards.
•    Support product costing and inventory valuation methodologies.
•    Liaise with local auditors, tax consultants, and Group Finance to ensure compliance with audit and fiscal requirements.
Finance Responsibilities
•    Coordinate the budgeting, forecasting, and industrial planning processes for Asian entities.
•    Support the financial assessment of industrial projects and monitor CAPEX performance.
•    Perform ad hoc financial analysis for Group Management.
•    Analyze production efficiency, profitability by product, and key variance reports to support strategic decision-making.
•    Continuously improve financial controlling processes and tools, including ERP and BI systems.

•    Degree in finance or accounting, or related field
•    10 years of experience in controlling roles within Manufacturing environments
•    Previous experience in multinational companies with European headquarters
•    Strong knowledge of EPICOR, FAST systems and business intelligence tools
•    Fluent in English (must); knowledge of Chinese is a plus
•    Analytical mindset, and strategic thinking
•    Availability to travelling
•    Experience in manufacturing settings in Asia/ Europe 
•    Knowledge of Global and local accounting and tax regulations
•    Experience with digital transformation or process automation projects
