- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- ACCA/CPA/CMA or other financial certifications is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing or financial roles.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Background in FMCG, retail, or F&B is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with foreign companies is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of international auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience working with international audits and compliance requirements.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial reports accurately.
- Critical thinking skills to assess risk, identify trends, and provide sound financial advice.
