FINANCIAL ANALYST – INVESTOR RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT

As a crucial part of the strategic finance team, this role serves as the bridge between the company and investors—ranging from investment funds, banks, to local and international financial organizations. You will be directly involved in identifying, building relationships, and executing capital deals that support the company’s growth strategy in the renewable energy and sustainable development sectors. This position requires the ability to establish strong relationships with investors, deep financial knowledge, and the drive to make a real impact on the future of sustainable energy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, banks, and internal departments.

• Lead financial negotiations, manage contracts, and oversee fundraising activities.

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, M&A deals, and market expansion strategies.

• Conduct financial due diligence, assess risks, and develop business investment proposals.

• Manage the entire M&A transaction process and business development in international markets.

• Monitor financial reports, including profit and loss analysis, balance sheets, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with transaction teams to manage financial obligations, assess risks, and adjust strategies.

• Prepare key financial reports, analyze performance, and provide in-depth insights to support decision-making.

• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire M&A cycle.

• Ability to identify and develop ideas for potential deal opportunities.

• Strong financial analysis, corporate finance, and valuation skills.

• Good project management capabilities, including experience leading due diligence processes.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.

• Preference for experience at Big 4, M&A/Transaction departments, or private equity funds.

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills (Excel, VBA, Power BI, etc.).

• Good qualitative and quantitative analysis abilities, with a practical, data-driven mindset.

• Results-oriented with a proactive work approach.

• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and tight deadlines.

• Effective communication in English.
